Slate Quay
Our latest project is the regeneration of Cei Llechi (Slate Quay) in partnership with Caernarfon Harbour Trust.
The £3.5m project has been supported and funded by Heritage Fund (Lottery), Welsh Government, Cadw, Gwynedd Council and Caernarfon Harbour Trust.
The development itself will be a mix of restoration and new building work
This ambitious project will see the Harbour Office building and the derelict buildings behind it being transformed into 19 workspaces for local artisan and craft manufacturers. The site will also include 3 holiday lets and a meeting room. Cei Llechi will open during the Summer of 2021.
