On average, Galeri host between 400 – 500 events annually and sell around 50,000 tickets. This offers a company/companies an opportunity to be seen supporting the arts and events in one of Wales’ main arts venues.
If you have an interest in sponsoring a series of concerts, comedy evenings, cinema programme or a specific workshop or some our outreach work – contact us. We can create a tailor made sponsorship pack for you and discuss the short and long term benefits for both parties in creating a working relationship together.
One example of a successful sponsorship package is Heritage Hardwood. In 2009 Gaerwen based company Heritage Hardwood sponsored a concert featuring Catrin Finch and Colombian band Cimarron. It is wonderful to have local businesses supporting the arts as without their support, we would not be able to provide such a broad and extensive programme.
“I've always been fascinated by harp music and Catrin Finch is one of my heroines. I had also heard some of Cimarron's music, which I thought was fantastic and I decided that the Catrin Finch and Cimarron’s concert was one event Heritage Hardwood Conservatories just had to support. Our sponsorship with Galeri proved to be a mutually beneficial commercial relationship which has delivered a whole range of benefits for us.” - Ken Grayson, Heritage Hardwood Conservatories
Current sponsors include:
Parc Pendine - TONIC concerts and Cain
RONDO - PICS Film Festival
We would like to thank Arts & Business Cymru for their continued support.
Many other events Galeri are responsible for organising [in the building and outreach projects] have been made possible through the support and generosity of individuals such as Gwyn and Mary Owen who gave a donation to the charity Crochan Celf which funds a large number of our activities.
"Supporting artistic activities that really make a difference to the young people of Caernarfon is so rewarding it isn’t just giving money. We get a lot of satisfaction from the experience as you can see the difference it makes in developing their self confidence and self worth. As I was brought up in Caernarfon I have an emotional attachment to the area and am delighted to see that my contributions provide invaluable creative experiences for the young people involved.” - Gwyn Owen
